Dear Valued Pet Owner,

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Heritage Hotel. Our staff always looks forward to welcoming you and your dog, and we will have some treats waiting on arrival day.

To ensure a pleasurable stay for all of our guests we have implemented the following policies pertaining to pets:

• Only dogs can be accommodated, with a maximum of two pets per room.
• There is a check-in fee of $25 for each dog weighing no more than 40 lb ...please.
• Please keep your pet on a leash at all times when you are in public areas. Your pet is to be crated while left unattended in your room.
• Pets are not permitted in Restaurants, Bars, Pool, Reception Sitting Area and the Fitness areas.
• Please know that we will have no tolerance for barking, scratching, biting, and other harmful or nuisance behaviors.
• Always clean up after your pet. No one wants to accidentally step in a surprise! The Front Desk Agent can supply you with a biodegradable refuse bag. We've put together a suggested walking trail so that it can be an enjoyable feature of your stay.

If you need a walking or petcare service, please let us know, so that you and your pet will have freedom and ease during your stay. Any associated fees will be applied.

Please note, you must permit the hotel to authorize $295.00 on a credit card. Upon your check out, the guestroom will be inspected. If damage has occurred in the room, you will be held responsible for the repairs, and the security payment will be charged. This applies, of course, to any other hotel area.
