The dining experience is an integral part of your meeting. Our chef creates imaginative menus
that appeal to every palate, from comfort food and traditional New England favorites to the truly
unique and customized choices. A graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in France, Nedim Dervisevic heads our culinary
team, bringing the highest standards and years of experience, allowing each client to be as
flexible and creative as possible.
Imagine your attendees beginning their day with a hearty New England Breakfast buffet served in our restaurant, Eight Mile Brook, with cathedral ceiling, a massive stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows providing sweeping views of our property. It's hard not to get your day off to a great start with a delicious meal featuring such items as Applewood Smoked Bacon, Chocolate Chip Pancakes or Belgian Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Our buffet style breakfast allows your group the convenience of getting in and out in a timely fashion.
Lunch is also served buffet style in Eight Mile Brook, featuring a soup of the day, salad bar, deli-board with all the fixings, hot entrees and a sumptuous dessert bar with ice cream sundae station. However, if you'd prefer to have lunch privately, we are more than happy to accommodate your request.
