Shadrach's Restaurant & Lounge
Sit by the enormous fireplace in Shadrach's as you enjoy New England cuisine in our casual dining room inside The Heritage Hotel. The restaurant's namesake, Colonel Shadrach Osborn, operated a military commissary for the colonial army in Southbury, Connecticut, in the late 1740s. He kept the American troops well fed and also served up beverages to keep their spirits up. He is the inspiration for our culinary team. From fabulous sandwiches and salads to seasonal entrees and scrumptious desserts, we'll keep you as well-fed as our namesake, just check out our menu!
Our bar serves up some of the finest libations in Southbury and there are various televisions throughout the dining room area so you can keep up with your favorite sporting events while you eat and follow it up with a complimentary game of billiards.
