Location and Directions: The hotel is located amid beautiful Connecticut countryside two miles off Exit 15 of I-84, between Danbury and Waterbury, and about 90 minutes from New York City and 120 minutes from Boston.

What are Check-In and Check-out Times?

Check-in at 4 pm. Check-out at 11 am. Guests arriving early can store their luggage and enjoy the hotel facilities until the room is ready.  Late check-outs may be available for a fee.

Is there a Loyalty Program?

The Heritage Hotel, Golf, Spa & Conference Center is a BW Premier Hotel and as such all guests paying qualifying, rates can earn BW Rewards, which can then be redeemed for future stays at the Heritage Hotel, Golf, Spa & Conference Center or any Best Western hotel. 

Is Internet available?

High-speed wireless Internet access is available in rooms and throughout the hotel free of charge.

Is there an ATM on the property? 

Yes, the hotel has an ATM in the South Wing Lobby located by the EXIT.

Is parking complimentary? 

Yes, all parking is complimentary, however, we do not offer valet parking. 

Do you have Electric Automobile Charging Stations? 

Yes, there are two charging stations at the hotel for our guests.

What is the Pet Policy? 

The hotel welcomes domestic pets with an additional fee of $55.00 (per stay).

How Accessible is the Hotel for Disabled Guests?

The hotel has seven accessible sleeping rooms and bathrooms, each equipped with a strobe light emergency warning system. Public areas including swimming pools, athletic club, and meeting rooms are also accessible, along with six dedicated parking spots. 

Are Refrigerators and Microwaves in the Rooms? 

Yes, Mini-refrigerators are in all guest rooms. Microwaves, rollaways, and cribs are available upon request (subject to availability and fee). 

What does the Resort Fee Cover?

The Resort fee of $8.00 + tax  ($9.20) per room per night applies.  Resort Fee covers access to health and fitness center, indoor and outdoor (seasonal) saltwater pools, coffee in the morning.

What is the Hotel Occupancy Tax?

The current tax rate is 15% charged on the room rate (subject to change).  Food and beverages are charged the state sales tax of 7.35%. all other 6.35%

Is the Riverview Athletic Club available for guests?

The 8,000 square-foot world-class Athletic Center features indoor and outdoor heated saltwater swimming pools, hot tub, steam rooms, saunas, men’s and ladies locker rooms with showers, plus state-of-the-art strength and core and cardio equipment. – all available to hotel guests.

Is there dining off-site? 

The Southbury area boasts many casual and fine dining restaurants nearby; visit the front desk for directions & recommendations.

What is the Hotel’s Meeting and Conference Space?

With 21 meeting rooms totaling 28,000 square feet plus unique outdoor function areas. All meeting rooms offer natural lighting and access to outdoor space.

Is the Hotel a good venue for Weddings and Social Events? 

Our popular Timbers room can accommodate up to 250 guests for the reception, while the hotel’s Stone Garden and Vineyard are stunning ceremony sites. More intimate rooms are also available.

What kind of golf is available at the Hotel?  

Guests enjoy golf at the Pomperaug Golf Club with its 9 holes, USGA-rated, par 36 course and putting green. Click here for up-to-date tee time information.

What are the Reservations Policies?

At least one registering guest must be 21 years or older. Maximum room occupancy is 4 persons. Maximum of one rollaway (fee) per room.  Cribs are available upon request at no charge. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before arrival date and No-Shows will be charged 1-night room and tax. Early check-out will be charged the minimum cancellation fee of 1-night room & tax.
